Read My Story
Before I could guide other women, I had to learn to come back to myself.
I'm Cynthia.
For many years I built a life I felt deeply grateful for. A family I love, experiences that helped me grow, a profession devoted to caring for others, and many dreams fulfilled.
And still, a moment came when I began to feel that something inside me had changed.
It wasn't necessarily that something was wrong.
My life wasn't falling apart.
I simply no longer felt fully connected to myself.
And a question appeared that seemed simple, but opened something much deeper:
Who am I now?
Not who I've been for everyone else.
Not just the wife, the mother, the professional, or the woman who can handle things and keep moving forward.
Who am I at this stage of my life?
My Way Back
For a long time I thought finding answers meant doing more, learning more, or figuring out what my next step should be.
Over time I understood something different:
Sometimes we don't need another answer.
We need enough silence to be able to hear ourselves.
I began to pause. To observe myself more honestly. To recognize emotions I had often overlooked, and to make room for questions I used to try to answer too quickly.
That process didn't turn me into a different woman.
It brought me closer to myself again.
And I understood that finding yourself doesn't always mean discovering something new.
Sometimes it means remembering what was always there.
From Caring For to Walking With
For more than 17 years, I worked closely with people through bodywork therapy.
That journey taught me something I now consider invaluable: often, a person doesn't need someone to show up right away with a solution.
She needs to feel safe.
She needs to be heard.
She needs space.
Over time, my own personal process and my training in NeuroSilence gave that experience a new direction.
I understood that the way I wanted to walk alongside other women was no longer about doing something for them, but about creating the conditions for them to pause, listen to themselves, and recognize what was happening within.
I'm not here to tell you who you should be.
Nor to hand you the answers about what to do with your life.
I deeply believe there are answers that can only appear when we leave enough space to hear them.
That's Why Encontrarse con Cynthia Was Born
Encontrarse con Cynthia was born from my own experience of returning to myself, and from the wish to offer other women the kind of space I myself have needed at different moments in my life.
A space where you don't have to arrive with everything figured out.
Where you can talk, feel, stay silent, explore.
Where you don't have to prove anything.
A space to pause long enough to begin listening to yourself again.
Because maybe you don't need to become someone different.
Maybe you need to find your way back to who you already are.
Maybe finding yourself simply starts with pausing.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You don't even need to know exactly what you're looking for.
Sometimes the first step is simply making space.
Quieting the noise for a moment.
Listening to what you've been feeling.
And allowing yourself to be with you, without demands and without rushing.
That's what I want to offer you here: a space where you can arrive just as you are, with whatever you're living through today, and begin listening to yourself from a different place.
Because finding yourself doesn't mean becoming someone new.
It means recognizing yourself again, listening to yourself again, and, little by little, returning to you.
And if something inside you recognizes that it's time to begin, there's a space here for you.
